Jane B. Disbrow

Ms. Disbrow is a research director in Gartner Research, where she is part of the Business Management of IT area.
Ms. Disbrow covers software license agreements, terms and conditions, negotiation strategy, license metrics, and software audits and advises clients on improving their software licensing terms and conditions.
Prior to joining Gartner, Ms. Disbrow was director of IT Contracts and Budget for AFLAC, where she was responsible for the negotiation of technology contracts, including software licensing, software development, Web development and hosting, technology consulting and hardware purchases.
Ms. Disbrow has been in the IT Industry for more than 20 years, with 18 years focused on IT contracts.
Ms. Disbrow graduated with a B.A.
degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
