He studied Economics at Santiago University.
"Stagiaire" of the Galicia-Europa Foundation in Brussels.
For the past 5 years he has served as Head of the New Innovative Business Program for the Galician Economic Promotion Institute, and during this same time period, was member of the Investment Committee for the Emprende Fund (Innovative Businesses) of Xesgalicia SGECR.
He has also worked in the Luso Español Bank, part of the Caixa Geral de Depositos Group, was responsible for the European Business Information Centre for the Galician Business Confederation.
Since January 2001 he has worked as Investment Director at UNIRISCO GALICIA, SCR.
He is a regular Lecturer in the Masters in Banking and Finance Program at Santiago University, and he collaborates in different training programs for the creation and financing of technological businesses in various universities and business organizations throughout Spain and Portugal.
