Ruttenberg is a Special Needs Planner at Firstrust Financial Resources LLC.
In addition to providing core retirement planning insurance and protection services, he has dedicated a part of his practice to planning for families with special needs children, a passion derived from his own family experiences.
Mr. Ruttenberg assists families in planning for the financial future of their children or other dependents with special needs.
This requires in depth knowledge of regulations as they pertain to government benefit eligibility, legal documents such as special needs trusts and guardianships, as well as financial considerations for providing quality lifetime care.
Mr. Ruttenberg is currently acting as an adjunct professor of Economics and Finance at Community College of Philadelphia.
He received his B.B.A.
in Marketing and his MBA in Industrial Management from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
