His practice includes acquisitions, divestitures, investment of private equity and venture capital funds and general corporate law.
Prior to joining Foley & Lardner in 2005, Mr. Peterson represented the State of Wisconsin's interests at the State of Wisconsin Office of Federal-State Relations in Washington, D.C.
and worked as a Staff Member for the U.S.
House of Representatives Committee on Ways and Means.
Mr. Peterson received his AB in History from Georgetown University and JD from Northwestern University-School of Law.
