Joey Chiang

Mr. Chiang is Managing Director and Head of Phoenix's Greater China Investment Team.
He is a Chartered Surveyor (General Practice) with over 27 years of experience in the real estate sector.
During the first seven years of his career, he served in senior positions at a number of private sector surveyors and property development firms, accumulating significant experience in development feasibility studies, land premium negotiations, sales and letting of properties, as well as the acquisition and disposal of land and buildings.
For the following seven years, he served as an Estate Surveyor for the Hong Kong Housing Authority, taking care of its land and buildings by supervising the land management and administration of various development schemes from inception to post-completion.
Mr. Chiang received an AMDP in Real Estate from the Graduate School of Design at Harvard University and a BS degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Hong Kong.
He has also attained the APMP qualification from the Association for Project Management.
Mr. Chiang is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
