John R. Barrie

Mr. John R.
Barrie is Co-Founder & Managing Director at Long Wharf Real Estate Partners LLC.
Prior to co-founding of Long Wharf in July 2011, Mr. Barrie was a Managing Director of the Fidelity Real Estate Group.
He joined Fidelity in 2005 from GE Real Estate, where he was a Managing Director.
Prior to GE, he was with CB Richard Ellis in Los Angeles where his activities included corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and operations.
He has been active in commercial real estate acquisitions, development and management for more than 23 years.
Mr. Barrie earned his B.A.
in Economics from McGill University, his M.St. in History from the University of Oxford, his M.B.A.
from Boston University, and his M.S.
in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
