The firm was founded was founded in 2008 and formerly known as Altus TFI SA. Altus-IM creates and manages investment funds designed for both high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, and retail investors.

Nationale-Nederlanden PTE SA (NN) is the Polish pension fund management subsidiary of NN Continental Europe Holding BV, ultimately held by NN Group NV (AMS: NN, ADR: ING) in the Netherlands. The firm was founded in 1998 as ING PTE SA and changed their name to Nationale-Nederlanden PTE in 2016.
