Kohler is Chief Operating & Compliance Officer at Systematic Financial Management LP.
Prior to joining Systematic, she founded Kohler Associates, a consulting concern dedicated to helping investment mangers achieve a competitive position by focusing principally in the areas of business and financial management, implementation of comprehensive regulatory and compliance programs and operational, systems and related infrastructure development.
Ms. Kohler began her investment career at Jennison Associates in 1986.
She held numerous positions including Head of Retail Distribution, Chief Operating/Administrative Officer, Treasurer and Chief Compliance Officer throughout almost two decades at Jennison.
In her capacity as Chief Administrative Officer for over a decade, she was responsible for the successful management and transformation of Jennisons operations and administration during a period of significant asset growth for the firm.
Ms. Kohler received an M.B.A.
from Columbia Business School and a B.A.
in economics from Wheaton College in Norton, MA.
