Lisa J. Conover

Ms. Conover is the Vice President of Employee & Labor Relations for Air Wisconsin Airlines Corporation (AWAC).
Ms. Conover joined AWAC in 1992.
She is responsible for the Employee Relations Department and Staff Travel.
Employee Relations oversees human resource and employee relations including labor relations, recruitment and hiring, benefit development, administration and compensation, as well as management training.
Staff Travel is responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for crews and business travel for management and other employees.
They also handle interline and vacation travel requests for employees and the interline requests from other carriers.
Ms. Conover has a B.S.
from the University of Montana at Missoula.
