Key Principal Partners (KPP) makes direct investments in middle-market manufacturing, distribution or service-oriented companies with sales of $30 million to $250 million, EBITDA of at least $5 million and a history of growth and profitable operations. They participate in acquisition financings, growth capital investments, shareholder or partner buyouts, shareholder dividends for wealth diversification, debt refinancing, MBOs and management buyins, ownership transfer transactions and going private transactions. KPP leads investments in the range of $7 million to $40 million. Investments may be structured in any combination of the following: subordinated debt, preferred stock, common equity or warrants, options and other forms of equity participation rights. KPP considers both minority and or majority ownership positions. In addition, the firm makes primary fund investments in leading venture capital, growth equity, buyout and special situations funds and is an active secondary investor in private equity funds.

Functions as a College/University

Cyprium Investment Partners invests in middle market companies located in the United States and Canada with a minimum EBITDA of USD 4 million. The firm targets companies operating in the fields of manufacturing, distribution, business services, healthcare and technology enabled companies. It provides financing in the form of Subordinated debt, preferred stock, common equity and mezzanine for MBOs, LBOs, acquisitions, growth, debt refinancing, ESOP transactions and family ownership transfers with an investment size ranging between USD 5 - 60 million. It makes non-controlling investments and ESG investments.
