Michael Clayton

Michael Clayton has been a Director of Stoneleigh Partners Acquisition Corp.
since March 2006 and a Principal and Managing Director of ACM Capital since August 2005.
He is a Director of Andy Frain and Associates and Coreblox, Inc. and a Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago.
Mr. Clayton was President of PLM Transportation Equipment Corp.
from April 2002 to November 2005, a Principal of Highland Capital from May 2001 to April 2002 and Senior Vice President-Global Operations and Development and a Member of the Executive Committee of GATX Corporation from 1997 to May 2001.
Prior to joining GATX, he has 30 years of experience in various capacities.
Mr. Clayton was Senior Vice President-Original Equipment and International Operations of Fel Pro, Inc. from 1992 to 1995 and Vice President-International Operations from 1991 to 1992.
He held various positions at Navistar International Corp.
from 1979 to 1991.
Mr. Clayton received a BA from Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
