Militsa Paunova is the Head of HR & Talent for Diagram Ventures and is based in Montreal.
Prior to her role at Diagram, Militsa worked at RealTerm Energy and BrainBox AI where she built the Human Resources function from scratch and supported both companies on all their HR needs.

Before that, she held different HR roles across various industries and company sizes, including MAAX Bath and I.S.I Controls.
Militsa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Concordia University.
Additionally, she completed her Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from University of Montreal.
