In 1978, he joined Japan Synthetic Rubber Co., Ltd.
(currently JSR Corporation), and made efforts to utilize the company's technological base in a market-oriented manner and commercialize it, mainly in the research department.
He contributed to the expansion and development of JSR's business, which was centered on the synthetic rubber business, which started as a national policy, by leveraging the development of functional chemicals such as semiconductor materials and display materials.
He was appointed as a full-time corporate auditor in 2007 after serving as the director and director (in charge of research and development and business development) of the company's Precision Electronics Laboratory.
