Padmanabhan Sivaram

Sivaram is a Partner at Phi Capital.
He has over three decades of experience across finance, sales & marketing, operations and taxation.
He started of his career in the tax practice with a leading audit firm in New Delhi.
Sivaram then moved to Punjab Tractors (Swaraj Group).
He spend over 29 years with the Swaraj Group of companies where handled senior management positions across various functions.
In Swaraj, Sivaram made significant contributions in cost control, growth strategy, judicious allocation of financial resources and in setting group’s ethical standards and transparent approach.
He was responsible for the finance function of the all the Swaraj group companies.
He later also took up the responsibility for Sales & Marketing of Swaraj Mazda (now SML Isuzu Limited) and eventually became COO of Punjab Tractors in 2006.
He stepped out of in 2007 to join Anupam and start Phi Capital.
Sivaram is an avid reader and has been a guest faculty in Chandigarh’s University Business School.
Sivaram holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Delhi University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
