Richard L.
Kalich has been President of Vermed since 1999.
He was President and Chief Executive Officer of Imtec, Inc. from 1993 to 1999.
Mr. Kalich was Vice President and Division Manager of Matthews International, Inc. from 1983 to 1993.
He served as Vice President of LTI from 1979 to 1983.
Mr. Kalich was National Marketing Manager of the Hardware Department and Craftsman Tools for Sears, Roebuck, Inc. from 1969 to 1979.
Currently, He is a Director of Burgon Tool Steel Company, Inc. in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Mr. Kalich received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Management from Michigan State University.
