Robert Nef

Mr. Robert Nef is the Head of Relationship Management of Horizon21 Alternative Investments since December 2006.
Mr. Robert Nef has extensive experience in the financial industry.
He began his career in 1991 as a controller at Alcatel in Zurich, Switzerland.
In 1995 he successfully changed his career path by crossing over industry lines and joining Swiss Re in Zurich, Switzerland, and New York, USA, as a Relationship Manager and Underwriter for global accounting, law and professional services firms.
From 2000 he worked in the Alternative Investment department, where he first was a Transaction Manager for principal protected solutions for private equity and hedge fund portfolios.
He then became a Managing Director of Swiss Re Private Equity Advisors, Inc., with overall responsibility for the client relationship management.
He holds a Master's degree in international business relations from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
