Rory Hills

Rory Hills is Managing Director in Old City's London office, responsible for sourcing and managing relationships with niche alternative investment managers and with institutional investors.
Prior to Old City, Rory was CIO of Hilltop Fund Management, a multi-manager business he founded in 2009 to invest in alpha-centric, non-correlated strategies.
Prior to founding Hilltop, Rory worked at Dexion Capital where he ran the firm’s Single Manager Marketing business and directly raised over $1bn into the funds he worked with.
Rory started his career at Cazenove, working in the company’s New York and Singapore offices as well as in London, and later joined Crosby Securities, an Asian focused institutional brokerage firm, becoming Co-Head of Asian Equity Sales following the firm’s acquisition by SocGen, and later Head of all Emerging Market Sales in Europe
