Scott J. Barr

Prior to joining Buchanan Street Partners, Mr. Barr was with LNR Partners where he was involved in the underwriting, acquisition, and asset management of the non-investment grade tranches of commercial mortgage-backed securities.
His background also includes an acquisition analyst role with Raymond James Tax Credit Funds where he underwrote $82 million of institutional equity investments in affordable housing projects.
Mr. Barr holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Florida.
He is an active member of ULI, NAIOP, and ICSC.
