Stephen John Ludlow

In January 1999, Stephen J.
Ludlow became Vice Chairman of Veritas DGC Inc., having previously served as its President and Chief Operating Officer since August 1996.
Prior to this, he was employed by Digicon for 24 years, serving as President and Chief Executive Officer for two years.
Before 1994, he served as Executive Vice-President of Digicon for four years following eight years of service in a variety of progressively more responsible management positions, including several years of service as the executive responsible for operations in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
