Steve Taniguchi

Mr. Taniguchi is a recognized expert in real estate financial analysis, He has recommended alternative solutions for capitalization and financing for both real estate and business investment.
He has been associated with Westfield Development during its inception in 1993.
Mr. Taniguchi is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA degree from the University of Colorado and a BBA degree in Marketing and Accounting from the University of Hawaii.
He currently serves on the board of several charitable, professional and civic organizations.
He has served as a board member for the following organizations: National Easter Seal for Disabled Children and Adults (Chicago, IL), the University of Colorado-Boulder Alumni Association (Executive Committee), the University of Colorado Foundation, Easter Seal Colorado for Disabled Children and Adults and the American Red Cross’s Mile High Chapter.
He is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s, American Accounting Association , Financial Executives International, Institute of Management Accountants, Colorado Society of CPA’s and the Urban Land Institute.
