Steven P. Myers

Before joining Capitaline, Mr. Myers directed merger and acquisition activities at First Midwest Financial (“FMF”) in Storm Lake, Iowa.
Prior to FMF, he was President of Brookings Federal Bank which he took public and subsequently negotiated its sale to FMF.
Mr. Myers has also been Trust Department Head at First National Bank in Brookings, South Dakota and VP Trust Officer at First Trust Company in York, Nebraska where he built key client relationships and was responsible for investment management activities.
Mr. Myers also serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance and is on the board of directors of US BioEnergy Corporation.
Mr. Myers also serves on several community, non-profit and church boards.
Mr. Myers is currently the Secretary of the Brookings Utility Board and is a Board Member of the East Central Multi District Advisory Board, Junior Achievement, and St. Thomas More Finance Committee.
Mr. Myers received his B.S.
in Business Management from the University of South Dakota.
He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, Dallas, Texas.
