Sumit Nadgir

Sumit joined True North in 2016 and is closely involved in nurturing and building our partner companies across healthcare, consumer goods and industrial services.
He took over the role of CEO at one of our partner companies, HiCare Services Pvt.
Ltd, in March 2020.
Prior to joining True North, Sumit helped companies execute roadmaps for growth, operational efficiency improvement, organization effectiveness, etc., for over eight years with Bain & Company.
Before Bain, he worked closely with the Vice Chairman of Toyota Kirloskar Motors to implement lean production systems across Kirloskar Group operations, and set up an engine manufacturing plant in Maharashtra.
Earlier, he worked with Johnson & Johnson Medical, where he managed the sales of cardiac devices.
Sumit is a Mechanical Engineer from Pune and Post Graduate Diploma from IIM Calcutta.
