Tom Snyder

Mr. Snyder has been working with Riverside since 2000 after the firm’s acquisition of The HammerBlow Corporation, at which he had worked for 25 years.
During his 25 years with HammerBlow, the leading manufacturer of towing related products in North America, he held the CEO and CFO positions, and led a successful revitalization plan yielding a CAGR of 7.6% in sales and 16.7% in EBITDA, respectively, for the 11 years leading up to its sale.
Starting in 1987, he spent three years as the Executive Vice President and COO of Locke Home Products, a manufacturer of gas space-heating equipment and outdoor gas barbecue grills that he successfully sold out of a forced Chapter 11 to a competitor.
From 1985 to 1987, he was the Corporate Controller at Siegel Robert, Inc. a manufacturer of injection-molded and plated OEM automotive parts.
Mr. Snyder began his career at PWC in 1970.
Mr. Snyder holds a BBA in Accounting from Kent State University.
