Mr. Troy Monthye is Vice President at UIB Capital, Inc.
Before joining UIB Capital, Mr. Monthye was a vice president in American Express' Corporate Finance department, providing middle-market investment banking services to clients involved in merger and acquisition activities, capital restructurings, and debt workouts.
Prior to joining American Express, he served as interim CFO of a prominent home healthcare company in a turnaround capacity, gaining valuable operational, executive leadership, and crisis management experience.
Previously, he worked in KPMG's Management Consulting practice, assisting Fortune 500 clients in implementing operational and financial process improvements.
Mr. Monthye began his career as an analyst with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Advisors in New York.
Mr. Monthye earned his B.S.
from Arizona State University and his M.B.A. from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
