Vikas Seth

Mr. Vikas Seth is on the Board of Directors at Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. Ltd. He serves as the Managing Director of the Company since November 2017.
Mr. Seth has over 21 years of experience in diverse industries including Life insurance, Telecom and FMCG.
His expertise is in building distribution, customer acquisition and implementation of sales & marketing strategies.
He has worked with groups like Essar, Amway, ICICI, HDFC and Aditya Birla in the past.
Prior to joining Bharti AXA Life, Mr. Seth served nearly 10 successful years with Aditya Birla group.
He served as the Chief Distribution Officer for Birla Sun Life Insurance responsible for Agency Sales Force, Bancassurance, Corporate Agency and Broker channels.
He began his career with the ESSAR Group followed by Amway, before moving to ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in 2001, where he began his career in the financial services sector.
Mr. Seth is a qualified Electronics & Electrical Communication Engineer and has completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.
He has done leadership training programs from INSEAD, Singapore and Harvard Business School, USA.
