Samhallsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) è una società con sede in Svezia, che possiede proprietà comunitarie nella regione nordica e appartamenti in affitto in Svezia. La strategia dell'Azienda è quella di possedere, gestire e sviluppare proprietà di servizi per la comunità e appartamenti in affitto a lungo termine. L'Azienda mira inoltre a condurre attivamente lo sviluppo di progetti e proprietà per sviluppare nuove infrastrutture sociali. Il portafoglio immobiliare di SBB è caratterizzato da un alto tasso di occupazione e da contratti di locazione lunghi. I redditi da locazione sono costituiti da flussi sicuri e a lungo termine, principalmente da governi centrali nordici/comuni/consigli comunali e da abitazioni svedesi a canone regolamentato. Il modello di business si basa sulla gestione immobiliare con flussi di cassa sicuri provenienti dalle infrastrutture sociali, integrati da tre strategie di valore aggiunto che generano reddito: Progetti e sviluppo immobiliare; ristrutturazioni, rimodellamenti e ampliamenti; e transazioni immobiliari.
