Mr. Akira Kawamoto is Co-Head of Real Estate Asset Management at IDERA Capital Management Ltd.
He joined the Asset Management Group of Atlas Partners Japan as Senior Asset Manager in 2010.
Prior to joining APJ he was Executive Director at CapitaLand Japan where he was responsible for acquisition, fund management, IR and compliance.
Before CapitaLand he spent 23 years at Mitsui Fudosan, a global real estate company.
At Mitsui Fudosan he held various positions including real estate and financial investment advisory, Shiodome City Center project management and private fund management.
Mr. Kawamoto graduated from Kyushu University, Faculty of Law and received an MBA from New York University, Leonard N.
Stern School of Business.
He is a certified master of real estate securitization and holds a real estate broker license.
