Anish Batlaw

Anish Batlaw is a Managing Director at General Atlantic.
He joined the firm in 2015 to lead their Human Capital efforts in support of their global portfolio companies.
His responsibilities include development of management teams, board of directors, and executive compensation.
Prior to joining General Atlantic, Anish worked at TPG Capital as an Operating Partner and Head of Human Capital for Asia.
Prior to TPG, he was with Novartis in various leadership positions, including Head of Corporate Talent Management, VP & Head of HR for Pharmaceuticals, U.S., and Europe.
He also worked at Microsoft as General Manager of HR in Redmond, Washington.
Early in his career, Anish worked at PepsiCo in various international markets.
In 2021, Anish was named one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business, an award given by the Asian American Business Development Center.
In 2022, Anish co-authored “TALENT The Market Cap Multiplier” with New York Times bestselling author Ram Charan.
