Avantika Saisekar

Avantika Saisekar is a Managing Director at Wafra, where she leads the Firm’s initiatives focusing on ESG integration, working with the investment teams to provide ESG guidance to the wide range of Wafra’s investments.
Previously, Ms. Saisekar served as the Head of Institutional ESG Product at Northern Trust Asset Management where she oversaw product development and innovation of over $70 billion in ESG assets.
Ms. Saisekar currently serves on two of the United Nations Principals of Responsible Investing (“PRI”) working groups including the Venture Capital LP group and the Assurance group, where she advises the PRI on relevant research and market guidance.
Ms. Saisekar earned a BA in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and is also a Fundamentals of Sustainability (FSA) credential holder.
