In 2005, Mr. de Leeuw co-founded Lion Cao Asset Management, and investment management firm focused on private equity, direct investments, co-investments and funds.
He has also served as a visiting lecturer at Columbia Business School and Harvard College, and has served on at least 25 Boards since 1984.
Mr. de Leeuw received an MBA in finance from Columbia University and a BA in history from Lafayette College.
