He also performed the role of CIO for the Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology.
He graduated with a BA in Actuarial Science from Université Laval.
He is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a CFA charter holder.
