His 30 years of bank regulatory experience includes Multinational and Regional Bank Analyst experience with the Comptroller of the Currency and risk oversight responsibilities with regard to the Federal Home Loan Bank System with consolidated assets exceeding $650 billion, evaluatinge the largest domestic financial firms.
His background encompasses credit, investment, capital market and operational expertise and he holds a Financial Risk Manager designation from the Global Association of Risk Professionals and a Master of Science in Finance from George Washington University (thesis pending).
