Bautista is currently the Chairman of the University of Baguio Alumni Foundation, Inc. He is also a Non-Executive Director at Now Corp.
(Philippines) since 2012 and a Director at NOW Telecom Co., Inc. since 2016.
He is a member of various organizations such as Rotary Club of Makati, Baguio Country Club, Inc., Rockwell Club Corp., Harvard Club of the Philippines, Philippine Jaycee Senate Foundation, Inc., Harvard Alumni Alliance For the Environment, Harvard Architectural & Urban Society, Harvard Alumni Entrepreneurs, and Porsche Club Philippines.
He is also a Partner at BNN Bautista Associates and the President of Eduplan Philippines, Inc. In the past, he served as the President of Junior Chamber International.
He obtained his graduate degree from Harvard University, his graduate degree from the Asian Institute of Management in 2002, and his undergraduate degree from the University of the Philippines.
