Govert Eijsvoogel

Govert Eijsvoogel joined Frontiers Capital in the Netherlands in 2008.
He has over 15 years experience in private equity, strategic development, structured finance and M&A. He was a senior partner in ABN AMRO's Merchant Banking business, with particular focus on direct private equity investments in all sectors of the European financial services industry.
He played a leading role in portfolio management, among others the strategic and financial dialogues with investee companies.
Prior to this Govert worked in ABN AMRO Corporate Development, advising ABN AMRO’s Managing Board on strategic issues and on group M&A. Govert started his career with ABN AMRO Corporate Finance in 1992, advising clients on M&A, MBOs and other advisory assignments.
In 1996 he moved to Structured Finance, where he was responsible for structured trade- and project finance transactions in a number of Central and Eastern European countries.
He holds an MSc degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam, with majors in Finance and Strategic Management.
