Jay V. DeRusso

The Ayco Co. LP is a SEC-registered investment advisor headquartered in Cohoes, New York. The firm was founded in 1971 by William Aydelotte and James Conway. They are a subsidiary of GS Ayco Holding LLC, which is owned by Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. (NYSE: GS), a publicly traded bank and financial holding company. Ayco provides investment management services clients to individuals, who may invest their assets with them directly, as individuals, or through private investment vehicles, such as privately held corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, profit sharing plans, and trusts and estates. The firm also provides investment management services to institutional clients and charitable organizations, such as the Ayco Charitable Foundation, a public charity.
