Previously, Mr. Ulland held executive positions at US Bank and Tokai Bank Ltd.

He represented Duluth in the Minnesota House and Senate.
Mr. Ulland also served as the Minority Leader of the state Senate, toward the end of his time in elective office.
During his time in the legislature, Mr. Ulland taught corporate finance at the University of Minnesota-Duluth School of Business.
He has served on several boards, both non and for-profit.
Mr. Ulland was chairman of the Minnesota Orchestra’s finance committee and served on the Orchestra’s board for six years.
He completed his undergraduate degree with a major in Economics at Carleton College in Northfield, MN.
Mr. Ulland also holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Finance.
