As Director of IT & Accounting Administrator, Mr. Gladieux has two primary areas of responsibility, maintaining the firm’s information systems and assisting the CFO with the accounting needs of Mason Wells and its Funds.
Mr. Gladieux has over 20 years of information technology experience and 10 years of accounting experience.
Before joining Mason Wells in 2007, Mr. Gladieux served as a Senior Software Engineer for Quad/Graphics in Sussex, Wisconsin, where he was principally responsible for developing and maintaining software and systems for the Enterprise Management department.
Mr. Gladieux received a Master of Business Administration from The University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
