Mr. Kleinman has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fuchs Lubricants Co., Fuchs Corporation, Harvey, Illinois, Fuchs Lubricants Canada Ltd., Fuchs Lubricants (SA) Pty Ltd.
and Lubricantes Fuchs de Mexico SA de CV since 1986.
He has been President of the Lake Shore Drive Synagogue, Chicago, Illinois since 2003.
He founded Maxei Oil, Johannesburg, South Africa in 1978 and served as Chairman and Managing Director.
From 1967 to 1970, he was Group Budget Controller for Foshini, Capetown, South Africa and Managing Director of Adcock Ingrum, Johannesburg, South Africa from 1970 to 1972 and Thermotropic, Johannesburg, South Africa from 1973 to 1978.
From 1985 to 1986, Mr. Kleinman served as President of Fuchs Lubricants Co., Harvey, Illinois.
He was Vice Chairman of Union of Orthodox Synagogues, South Africa in 1980.
From 1984 to 1985, Mr. Kleinman served as Chairman of the Johannesburg Israel United Appeal.
From 2001 to 2003, he was Executive Vice President and a Director of the Lake Shore Drive Synagogue.
Mr. Kleinman attended the University of Capetown, Capetown, South Africa and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1965 and an MBA in Thesis-Budgetary Control in 1967.
