Martin Mitchell

Martin Mitchell is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Green Rock Energy Partners.
Prior to launching Green Rock, Martin was a Partner and COO at Phibro, a commodity trading company.
Previously, Martin spent more than two decades at Morgan Stanley, where he held a variety of senior positions.
As the Chief Operating Officer for Global Commodities beginning in 2010, Martin oversaw new business implementation and processing, engaged as infrastructure interface, and facilitated the newly formed commodities investment and strategic transactions committee.
He served as the European and Asian Chief Operating Officer from 2005-2010 and was appointed Managing Director in 2007.
Beginning in 2004, Martin headed physical scheduling and logistical oversight of oil products and other commodities and was co-chair of the Commodities Physical Operating Risk Group.
Martin graduated with B.A.
in Business Studies from Portsmouth University in the United Kingdom
