Mo Po Chan

Mo Po Chan is currently the Chairman of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corp.
Ltd. and the Co-Chairman of Crowe Horwath (HK) CPA Ltd. He is also a Non-Executive Director at China Construction Bank (Asia) Corp.
Ltd. Mr. Chan is a Member of The Chartered Governance Institute, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, CPA Australia Ltd., Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Macau Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Society of Chinese Accountants & Auditors, Taxation Institute of Hong Kong, West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, and Legislative Council of Hong Kong.
In the past, Mr. Chan served as the Chairman & Managing Director of PCP CPA Ltd. and as the Chairman of Legal Aid Services Council.
He was also an Independent Non-Executive Director at The Wharf (Holdings) Ltd., Hong Kong Economic Times Holdings Ltd., China Communications Services Corp.
Ltd., China Vanke Co., Ltd., China Resources Land Ltd., Kingmaker Footwear Holdings Ltd., and a Non-Executive Director at China Resources Building Materials Technology Holdings Ltd. and I.T Ltd.Mr. Chan obtained an undergraduate degree and an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
