Pascal Gagna joined Pragma Capital in 2003.
Prior to this he was General Secretary during 4 years for Fonds Partenaires Gestion, the private equity branch of the Lazard Group.
In 1988, after 7 years as Chief Financial Officer then Chief Executive Officer for Sacom, a subsidiary of a French petroleum group, he joined Ernst & Young, as Senior Manager in the consulting branch.
In 1992 he joins BTR Sealing Systems as a Chief Financial Officer, and then in 1996 joins Sonoco, an American packaging firm, as President for its French subsidiary.
Mr. Gagna is graduated from Ecole Centrale de Lyon and holds an MBA degree from the Columbia University.
