DeVera Vice President Internal Audit Philip J.
DeVera is Vice President of Internal Audit for The Titan Corporation.
Mr. DeVera joined Titan in July 2002 to lead the internal audit function.
He was instrumental in establishing the department, including the development and implementation of audit programs for the Titan Corporation.
Prior to joining Titan, Mr. DeVera served 14 years with TRW in several management positions including internal audit, financial management and business operations.
Of the 14 years with TRW, he served six as Director, Internal Audit, responsible for general management of the financial and compliance audit programs for TRW's Government businesses.
Earlier in his career, Mr. DeVera held a number of auditing positions with Hughes Aircraft Company, U.S.
General Accounting Office, and Ducommun Incorporated.
Mr. DeVera graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, cum laude, and received an MBA from California State University at Long Beach.
Additionally, he is a CPA in the state of California.
