Ralph E. Hoover

Ralph E.
Hoover, Jr. has been Vice President of Sales for Sirenza Microdevices, Inc. since October 2004.
He joined Sirenza in September 2003 as Executive Director of the Aerospace and Defense Business Unit and served in that capacity until October 2004.
Prior to joining Sirenza, he served as President of the Castlewood Consulting Group from March 2003 to September 2003.
From November 1992 to March 2003, he was employed by WJ Communications, Inc. in various management positions, including Executive Vice President from 2000 to March 2003.
Mr. Hoover received a BS in Business from the California State University, Long Beach.
