Mr. Richard S.
Hsu, CFA, is a Senior Vice President,, Portfolio Manager & Senior Research Analyst at Franklin Advisers, Inc. He helps lead the fixed income asset allocation research effort, specializing in corporate credit.
Mr. Hsu joined the firm in 1996 and co-founded the floating rate bank loan group in 1997.
Previously, he was the lead portfolio manager of the Franklin Floating Rate Daily Access Fund and two related offshore funds, including the Franklin Floating Rate Fund PLC, for over 10 years.
Mr. Hsu holds both a B.A.
with Honors and M.A from Stanford University.
He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder, as well as a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of San Francisco.
