Mr. Fox has served for 40 years in the energy industry, throughout the entire business lifecycle from startups to large scale domestic and international ventures.
He has successfully led businesses in the upstream, midstream, LNG and power generation sectors.
Mr. Fox joined Tailwater Capital in 2021 as Head of ESG and CEO of Tailwater Innovation Partners (TIP).
Previously, Mr. Fox was the CEO at Elevate Midstream Partners I and II, both now realized investments for Tailwater Capital.
Prior to joining Tailwater, Mr. Fox was COO/SVP for Upstream and Midstream businesses for Eagle Rock Energy Partners, President of TGGT, President of Karachaganak Petroleum in Kazakhstan, CEO of Egyptian LNG and various other senior executive roles at BG Group (now Shell).
The latter included his role as Head of Project Engineering Management where he oversaw BG’s global upstream and midstream project portfolio, capital investment appraisal process, corporate governance and technical best practices.
Mr. Fox holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in Project Management, is a Professional Engineer and a member of a number of professional institutions.
