Wagner is a Portfolio Manager at Virtus Fund Advisers LLC.

In these roles, he was responsible for manager selection, oversight, and asset allocation models.
He began his career in the investment industry in 2001.
He earned a B.S.
in finance from the University of Connecticut and an M.B.A.
from the University of Hartford.
He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designations, and is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Hartford, and the CAIA Association.
