Youness Aladlouni

Younes Aladlouni is Senior Investment Director at CDG Invest in charge of the Fipar-Holding fund.
He began his career in 2003 in the pharmaceutical industry in France where he managed a production department.
In 2009, he joined Upline Investments, an investment fund management company in Morocco, where he was active across the entire Private Equity cycle, from origination and execution to value creation.

He has thus actively participated in the structuring of transactions in the fields of agri-food, industry, construction and distribution.
He was mainly involved in growth capital and LBOs, but also had the opportunity to make investments in newly created companies (start-ups).
As part of the follow-up of investments, he has held several directorships in the companies in the portfolio.
In March 2018, he joined Fipar-Holding as Senior Investment Director in charge of origination, structuring and monitoring of Investments.
He is notably in charge of the health, education, infrastructure, industry and services sectors.
Younes Aladouni holds an MBA from INSEAD and an engineer from the Ecole des Mines d'Albi.
