Alan Lundgren

Alan Lundgren is a Principal for Servco Pacific Capital, handling most of SPC’s legal matters.
In addition to his role as Principal of SPC, Alan serves as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Servco Pacific Inc., the holding company of SPC.
Throughout his career, Alan has partnered with Board Members, CEO’s, and management of all levels to develop and execute transformative business strategies.
Alan brings extensive experience to Servco and SPC, having worked as an in-house corporate lawyer for over 20 years and having had substantial experience with acquisitions, financing and other transactional work for both public and private companies.
Previously, Alan served as the Associate General Counsel of Fender for seven years, and as Deputy General Counsel for publicly-traded Giant Industries, Inc./Western Refining Company for 10 years.
Alan earned B.A. degrees in Economics/Accounting and Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, and a J.D.
from the UCLA School of Law.
