Andrew Hines

Mr. Andrew Hines is a Head of Research at Shaw & Partners Ltd. He joined Shaw and Partners in October 2019 covering the mid-cap Mining and Energy sectors.
He was appointed Head of Research in May 2020.
He has over 25 years’ experience in financial markets, mainly in Equity Research.
He has covered the Energy, Mining & Metals, Telecoms and Infrastructure sectors.
Mr. Hines was previously employed at Evans and Partners where he specialized in Mining and Energy research.
He has had senior executive roles at ABN AMRO, Morgan Stanley and Commonwealth Bank.
His career started as an Engineer with Exxon in their Bass Strait operations.
He has a Bachelor of Engineering from Queensland University.
