Andrew Kiss

Mr. Kiss has spent over two decades in the energy industry focused on business development and structured transactions in the power and natural gas sectors.
Most recently, Mr. Kiss provided consulting services to private equity and start-ups in the retail and wholesale power markets in the North America.
Previously, Mr. Kiss worked at Constellation Energy Commodities Group and Exelon Generation Company for over 17 years originating transactions in the wholesale and retail gas and power markets.
Mr. Kiss has extensive experience developing, negotiating and executing power generation investment and power purchase agreements with nuclear, natural gas, hydro, and wind generation assets in the northeast, mid-Atlantic and western power markets.
Mr. Kiss has worked extensively with investor-owned utilities, municipal utilities, cooperatives, merchant generators, retail energy companies, and insurance companies on dozens of bespoke energy transactions.
Mr. Kiss received a B.S.
from Kent State University, and a M.B.A. from the Robert H.
Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
